This snuff Handloom saree was woven in Kanchipuram, in the cluster where its tradition was born. Its border and pallu carry pure zari, set thread by thread.

Pure Zari uses real gold or silver metallic threads, traditionally drawn and twisted around a silk core. We test our zari for purity at the loom.

How should I care for this saree?

Dry clean only. Roll, do not fold, in muslin between wears. Store away from direct sunlight. Treat the zari as you would jewellery — keep it dry.
