Returns & Cancellation

We want you to be completely delighted with your NYSA SILK saree. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process designed around your convenience.

Return Window

You may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The return request must be raised through WhatsApp or email, and our team will guide you through the process.

Conditions for Return

• The saree must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Items should be returned in the same packaging they were delivered in, wherever possible.
• Please include your order number and reason for return with the package.

A Note on Handwoven Silk

Every NYSA SILK saree is handwoven by skilled artisans on traditional looms. Minor variations in colour, texture, and weave pattern are inherent characteristics of handwoven silk and are celebrated as marks of authenticity rather than defects. These subtle differences make each saree truly one of a kind.

Exchange Process

If you would like to exchange your saree for a different piece, please contact us within the 7-day return window. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the replacement item differs in price, the difference will be adjusted accordingly.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized sarees (including made-to-order blouse stitching).
• Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
• Gift cards and promotional items.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the item has not yet been dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned under the terms outlined above.
