At NYSA SILK, every saree is treated as a work of art from the moment it leaves our atelier to the moment it reaches your hands. Our shipping process reflects the same care and attention to detail that our master weavers invest in every thread.
Domestic Shipping (Within India)
- Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Free Shipping: Complimentary shipping on all orders above ₹5,000. A flat rate of ₹299 applies to orders below this threshold.
- Tracking: A tracking number is shared via email and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
- We deliver to all major cities and pin codes across India through our trusted logistics partners.
International Shipping
- Delivery Timeline: 10–15 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
- Countries We Ship To: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, UAE, Singapore, and select European nations. If your country is not listed, please reach out and we will do our best to arrange delivery.
- Customs & Duties: Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges vary by country and are not included in our shipping fees.
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Premium Silk Packaging
Every NYSA SILK saree is packaged with the reverence it deserves. Your saree arrives wrapped in soft acid-free tissue paper, placed inside a signature branded box, and sealed with care. For gifting occasions, we include a complimentary handwritten note upon request.
Shipping Insurance
All shipments are fully insured against loss, theft, or damage during transit at no additional cost to you. In the unlikely event of any issue, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery, and we will resolve it promptly.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after placing your order.
