NYSA SILK occasionally offers promotional codes and discount coupons to thank our customers and celebrate special occasions. Please review the following terms that govern the use of all coupon and promotional codes on our website.

How Promo Codes Work

Enter your promotional code in the designated coupon field during checkout. The applicable discount will be reflected in your order total before payment. Codes are case-insensitive and must be entered exactly as provided.

General Terms

• One Code Per Order: Only one promotional code may be applied per order. Codes cannot be combined or stacked with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Non-Transferable: Promotional codes are intended for the recipient only and may not be transferred, sold, or shared for commercial purposes.
• Non-Stackable: Coupon discounts cannot be combined with ongoing sale prices, clearance offers, or other promotions unless the terms of the specific offer state otherwise.
• No Cash Value: Promotional codes have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

First-Time Buyer Welcome Offer

New customers may be eligible for a special welcome discount on their first purchase. This offer is available once per customer, per email address, and is applied automatically or through a code shared via our welcome email. The welcome offer cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.

Expiry & Validity

• Each promotional code has an expiry date that is communicated at the time of issue. Expired codes cannot be honoured.
• Some codes may have minimum order value requirements or may be valid only on specific collections or products. These conditions will be clearly mentioned alongside the code.

Right to Modify or Discontinue

NYSA SILK reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. In cases of suspected misuse, including the use of automated tools to generate or exploit codes, we reserve the right to void the code and cancel associated orders.

Returns with Coupon Codes

If you return an item purchased with a promotional code, the refund will reflect the amount actually paid after the discount was applied. The promotional code will not be reissued unless otherwise specified.
