Product Information & Accuracy
We make every effort to display product colours, textures, and details as accurately as possible. However, please note that handwoven silk sarees are crafted by individual artisans on traditional looms, and natural variations in colour, texture, weave density, and zari patterns are inherent to the art form. These variations are a hallmark of authenticity and should be celebrated as unique characteristics of your saree.
Screen settings, lighting, and device calibration may also affect how colours appear online. Minor differences between the product displayed and the product received do not constitute grounds for return on the basis of inaccuracy.
Pricing
- All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are inclusive of applicable GST where required by law.
- We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. The price at the time of order placement will be honoured for that transaction.
- In the rare event of a pricing error, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
