NYSA SILK offers a range of secure payment options to make your shopping experience seamless and convenient. All transactions are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway, ensuring the highest standards of data security.
Accepted Payment Methods
UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
Pay instantly using any UPI-enabled app such as Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or your bank's UPI app. Simply scan the QR code or enter your UPI ID at checkout for a quick and secure transaction.
Credit & Debit Cards
We accept all major credit and debit cards issued in India, including Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, and American Express. Card details are encrypted and processed securely; we never store your full card information.
Net Banking
Pay directly from your bank account through the net banking facility. We support all major Indian banks. You will be redirected to your bank's secure login page to authorise the payment.
Mobile Wallets
Use popular digital wallets such as Paytm, Mobikwik, or Freecharge for a fast checkout experience.
International Cards
We welcome international customers and accept Visa and Mastercard issued globally. Transactions will be processed in INR, and your bank may apply a foreign exchange conversion rate.
EMI Options
For select orders above a qualifying amount, we offer EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) options through partnered banks. EMI availability and terms are displayed at checkout. EMI plans allow you to spread the cost of your purchase over 3, 6, 9, or 12 months depending on your card issuer.
Security & Compliance
- All payment data is encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology during transmission.
- Our payment gateway, Razorpay, is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, the highest level of payment security compliance.
- We do not store your complete card number, CVV, or banking credentials on our servers.
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) and OTP verification are supported for added security.
Payment Issues
If you experience a payment failure or double charge, please contact us immediately. In case of a failed transaction where the amount has been debited, the refund will be processed automatically within 5–7 business days by your payment provider.
