Chapter One
In a quiet lane of Madurai, a single weaver's family has been at the loom for four generations. The pieces in this edit each carry the same hand — and the same temple-border lineage. Read them as a single body of work.
Chapter Two
We chose colours that read as a series: deep crimsons, oranges that catch evening light, and one outlier — a soft pink lavender for the morning of a wedding. Each was woven on the same warp, then cut and finished individually. They share a vocabulary.
